In an Instagram post promoting her perfume, Cloud, eagle-eyed observers noticed a crib in the background. Now, Ariana's pretty tiny, but she's not quite small enough to sleep in a crib (I think). Is Ariana secretly pregnant? The couple got engaged after a month of dating - are they already starting a family?
Fans have speculated about the pop star's pregnancy before. In July, one follower asked Ariana if she's having a shot-gun wedding to cover up a pregnancy. She responded by retweeting a fan-made version of her Sweetener cover, where the singer is rolling her eyes. "Mood for the next few years til i'm actually ready #fertilequeen," wrote Ariana. She added that she would "absolutely" like to have children with Pete, but "innnnnnnaaaaawhile."
The photo of the baby crib cranked the rumor mill into overdrive once again. Is "innnnnnnaaaaawhile" right now? The comment section exploded with questions from baby-crazy fans. The speculation reached a fever pitch, until Ariana finally responded. She joked, "[It's for] my secret love child, duh." Then she gave the real explanation: "that's piggy smalls' play pen in the background the red is to keep [him] warm."
Piggy Smalls is Ariana and Pete's pet pig, and yes, it is the greatest name for a pig ever. Pete brought the pig home to their shared apartment month. On Instagram, he shared photo of the cute little guy, fast sleep in his bed.
And yes, Pete already immortalized the pig by getting a Piggy Smalls tattoo on his chest. What can we say? Pete Davidson loves tattoos. If you meet Pete Davidson, there's a 90% chance he will get a tattoo of you.
During an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, Pete explained how they adopted the pig: "This girl, like, she was like, 'I want a pig.' And then an hour later it was just there. You know what I mean? Like, I'm still trying, to get, like, a Propecia refill….This chick got a pig in a f--king hour. ... The first two days it was like really new and, like, didn't move much. But then, now, it's starting to bite and, you know, start to do stuff…I love it. I want it to get big and fat." Sounds like a plan!
