There are teenagers across the world that look to the celebrities on Instagram, YouTube, and music charts, hoping that they can one day join their ranks. For Danielle Bregoli, that dream became a reality by the age of just 15. However, her journey to stardom was not a conventional one by any stretch of the imagination.

She was 13 when she turned up on an episode of Dr. Phil, where her mom said she was acting unruly by stealing her credit card and running away from home multiple times.  As the show went on, Danielle became angry at the audience jeering at her, calling them all "whores" and uttering the now-infamous phrase "Catch me outside, how about that?" Due to her accent, the meme became "Cash me ousside, how bow dah?"

Somehow, she managed to capitalize on this newfound fame, making money off of product placements on Instagram (where she has 12 million followers) - sometimes earning herself as much as $40,000 per post. And that's when she launched a career in music, which has only brought her more wealth.

During an interview with The Fader to talk about her music back in December, the subject of cultural appropriation was brought up, which she has been accused of recently. However, she had no time for any of these criticisms, saying that "You cannot act a color".

Her first song, 'These Heaux', was dropped in August last year under the alias of Bhad Bhabie. The song even got its own music video, which has somehow amassed over 60 million views on YouTube, though the response was pretty mixed. Since then, she's released even more music - with her last single ('Hi Bich') selling over 500,000 copies. Now, it's certified gold.

As well as this, she reportedly charged the Rolling Loud Music Festival over $40,000 to do a meet and greet next month, so you can bet that she's making a fair amount of money out of her new pursuits. Speaking to Hollywood Life, she said she wasn't sure exactly how much she was worth in total, but said it was "definitely over a million so far".

"We do lots of endorsements and my YouTube videos get a lot of views," she explained. "Also there's a lot of other stuff we haven't announced yet."

This summer she will start touring, signing a deal with LiveNation for two test shows in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (July 8) and Houston (July 9). If all goes well she could receive up to $50,000 and be given the opportunity for a nationwide tour, adding to her already overwhelming fortune.

She was recently asked by TMZ what she spends all this new money on, to which she replied, "I only spend my money on nails and eyelashes".

However, apparently she has already insisted on her tour rider having a 50" TV with Netflix and a DVD player, so the odds are she's not divulging all her secrets.
