Ratajkowski revealed to fans on Instagram that she had a "surprise" for them; though few would have guessed that this would be her marriage.

Such is the 26-year-old model's clout these days, that a bizarre new plastic surgery trend has been formed, and it all started as a consequence of her belly button. As Dr Matthew Schulman explains;

"We've become a much more image-oriented society.
