Jason Momoa is your all-around good guy. Not only is he devastating handsome in that rugged way that every 17-year-old hopes to emulate, but he's apparently super down to earth too. Whether he's out drinking with his former Game of Thrones co-stars, or photobombing his fans' snaps, the actor can't help but amuse his fans.

One thing that is sure to be a point of contention, however, is the fact that he never went through an awkward phase. I mean, just take a gander at some of the photographs from his stint on Baywatch...

Jason played Jason (how convenient) on the television series from 1999 to 2001, and he reprised the role for the 2003 TV movie, Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding.

But more importantly, he's basically unrecognisable with that perfectly tousled hair, isn't he?

There's a good chance, however, that Jason would have never got the role if he didn't lie on his CV.

The 39-year-old recently revealed that he told a little white lie about being an award-winning model in order to score a part on the cult television show.

"We just kind of bullshitted our way in and then I met some managers down there: they kind of made up some stuff for me like, Hawaii Model of the Year," he said when speaking to Square Mile.

"We basically just did head shots of me and said, 'Hey he’s the model of the year'. We just made it up."

Jason added that, despite not really needing to lie anymore, he still kept 'Hawaii Model Of The Year' on his portfolio for a while after wrapping Baywatch.

"Well it kind of stayed on there. It’s like, when I finished Baywatch, all I had was Baywatch, and you’ve got to have something more credible. So we just left it on."

In related news, Jason just photobombed a couple's wedding photos in Hawaii. And as you could expect, the results are amazing...

Last Thursday, Katie Meyers was being photographed with her new husband, Brandon, on a beach in Oahu after their wedding ceremony, when the actor made a surprise appearance with his trident in tow.

Momoa, who was born in Hawaii, happened to be on the island for the premiere of Aquaman, and ran into the couple taking a romantic photo-shoot.
"It was totally unplanned and spontaneous!" wedding coordinator for Oahu Boutique Weddings, Carina Cooper, told E! News.

Momoa was with some of his friends and family at the time, and they all promptly started congratulating Meyers and her husband on their marriage.
"We were taking our wedding photos after the ceremony out on the rocks and Jason Momoa and some of his family and some friends just all walked out on the beach," the newly-married bride stated.

"They were shouting congratulations to us and they were super calm and super chill."

To make the day even more memorable, the couple's wedding photographer, Eric Leslie-Mansperger asked the Game of Thrones star if he wouldn't mind joining in the photo-shoot.

""He happily agreed to photobomb them! There just happened to be a kid on the beach nearby with that trident (in the pic) and Jason asked to borrow it," the wedding planner explained. "So he took the trident and went behind the couple in their picture and pretended to be a sasquatch."
