Last Thursday, TMZ reported that famous singer Justin Bieber and famous Baldwin Hailey Baldwin officially got married. After all, they were photographed entering the Marriage Bureau at a courthouse in New York City. What other explanation could there be? However, hours after the story broke, Hailey Baldwin tweeted, "I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I'm not married yet!"

Did Hailey mean that they didn't get a marriage license? Or did she mean they're legally married, but she doesn't consider it really married until the extravagant religious ceremony? An anxious Jailey Nation waited for answers. Then, on Monday, Hailey's uncle, Alec Baldwin, appeared to confirm the news at the Emmy Awards. When Access Hollywood interrogated him about the wedding, he said, "Well, they went off and got married. And I don't know what the deal is because we text Hailey every now and then, we met him one time."

Now TMZ reports that yes, the couple got a marriage license, but no, they didn't seal the deal. So, don't pop that bottle of champagne yet, but keep it close. According to the paperwork, they have 60 days to use the license and take their vows. Until then, the couple is enjoying their time together. Recently Justin was spotted in London, serenading Hailey with his Sharpie-doodled guitar in front of Buckingham Palace. As you can see from the picture, he attracted a big crowd, but no one's throwing money in his guitar case. They know you're a millionaire, Biebz! Stop begging!

Twitter user @Bealeionaire claimed to see the whole thing unfold. "So im just sitting on a fountain outside Buckingham palace when some big black cars stop right in front of me and some kid in a pink hoodie gets out with a guitar, turns out to be @justinbieber and he starts serenading his Mrs." But what Justin Bieber sing - his song about love, or his other song about love? So many options.

One Instagram user shared a video of him singing Cold Water.

Another Instagram user shared a video of him performing Fast Car.

And Hailey was spotted shoot a video of Justin's performance. At least, I hope she is. If she's bored, and checking her email, this "marriage" is already in deep trouble.

So, to summarize, a bunch of tourists outside Buckingham Palace just got a free mini-concert. That's pretty cool. I hope it all ended with Queen Elizabeth II poking her head out the window and yelling, "Turn that damn music down!"

After the surprise street jam, Justin and Hailey rode the London Eye, a giant tourist trap ferris wheel with a breathtaking view of the city. I guess this is just a vacation, not a honeymoon? It is not clear if they're married or not. Last Friday, a source told People they legally tied the knot, but TMZ insists they just got the license. For a couple that parades around so much in public, they like to keep some things secret. Stay strong, Selena Gomez.
