I honestly think that - while the majority of their lives are probably amazing - being a celebrity must get pretty annoying at times. As someone who prefers to keep my life private, the idea of existing in front of the camera's of the world's media and the press is not something that I would enjoy.

However, for those in the Hollywood Elite, this is just the sacrifice they have to make in order to have all the money and luxury that they do.

Justin Timberlake is one of those celebrities who feels like they have been around forever, but you also cannot believe how old they are. The 37-year-old (YES, 37) became a dad three years ago and, speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the "Sexy Back" singer said that the experience completely changed his life.

“You go through your life with your own traumas, big and small, and think, ‘It’s not that bad, I have a lot to be thankful for, my parents did the best they could,'” he said. “But then you have a child of your own, and suddenly it opens all the floodgates, and you’re like, ‘No, no, no! That childhood trauma really did f— me up!'”

Speaking about his initial struggles with being a father, JT admits that he "broke down" during the first few months.

“At first, it broke me down,” he says. “Those first eight months felt like those old [Ed Sullivan] shows where people are balancing spinning plates on poles — except if you drop one, they die.”

However, it appears that the singer has got his head around the task and, taking to his Instagram account to celebrate Father's Day this year, the dad wrote a heartfelt message to his son, Silas:

"The last 3 years of my life have brought more joy than I could ever imagine. Being a father is such a trip... an amazing discovery every day.

"My son: it is my honor to be your Daddy. You make me feel a love that I didn't know existed. I will ALWAYS be there... to pick you up when you fall, to lift you up when you are ready to soar, and to remind you that your humility will be your guide through this thing called life.

"And to all the Dads out there: Keep on keeping on! Our children are watching and listening more than we know! I'm celebrating you all today!

"Happy Father's Day! Cheers!"

Timberlake's family seem to be a pretty happy and close-knit bunch, and he recently took to his Instagram to upload an image of his wife and their son in Paris. The candid photo, which was captioned, "If that pic doesn't say ‘City Of Love’ then I'm out..." drew in over 1 million likes on the social media platform.

However, despite the fact that it was an image of love and happiness, online trolls still found something that they didn't like about it: the fact that Silas - a boy - has long hair.

"Why the long hair?" wrote one user.

"Is a boy or girl?" said another.

"The little boy needs a f—king hair cut boys in life have short hair for a reason."

Someone else took issue with his outfit: "It’s the short shorts I’m worried about you know your momma taught you better I’m from your neck the woods and you’ve lost my respect talking that liberal shit."

"Long hair and feminine romper looking thing … sheesh," wrote another fashion critque.

As I said, I don't massively envy celebrities. Yes I'd like to be rich and have a private jet, but I wouldn't be able to deal with all the abuse and attention.
