Taking to Instagram to share a picture of himself and his new bride-to-be, Pratt wrote: "Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go! ??♥️." Not long after that, Katherine took to Instagram herself to write: "My sweet love. Wouldn't want to live this life with anyone but you."

Wow: these two really seem like they're head-over-heels for each other, huh? Chris Pratt allegedly asked Arnold for his permission to marry his daughter around Christmas time, but the couple has been rumoured to be an item since June after they were photographed by the paparazzi having a picnic together.

Now images have emerged of Katherine's engagement ring, and suffice to say: it's a monster. In the Instagram post in which she's hugging her fiancé, you can clearly see the ring, which is set with a massive stone, on her ring finger. Man; I wonder how much Chris forked out for that diamond? Probably more money than I'll make in five years. I guess all those blockbusters must have paid well over the years.
