Recently we learned that Keanu Reeves and Winona Ryder may have been married for over a decade. See, back in the 90's, they starred in Bram Stoker's Dracula. (It was like Twilight, but the vampires didn't sparkle.) Ryder told Entertainment Tonight that the director, Francis Ford Coppola, hired a real Romanian priest to preside over their characters' wedding ceremony. Therefore, they may technically be married in real life.
And don't they make the perfect couple? Both Keanu and Winona were the poster children for Generation X, haven't aged in three decades and still star in blockbuster projects today (John Wick, Stranger Things). In addition to Dracula, Keanu and Reeves starred in three more films: A Scanner Darkly (2006), The Private Lives Of Pippa Lee (2009), and the upcoming romantic-comedy Destination Wedding.
As part of their promo run for Destination Wedding, the pair sat down for an adorable interview with Entertainment Tonight. The stars revealed that they both remember the exact moment they met: The Independent Spirit Awards at the Roosevelt Hotel in the late '80's. Then they just started gushing about each other, like Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson on Valentine's Day.
"What do you love about working with her?" asked the host. "She's a good friend, sense of humor, intelligence, mind, beautiful world, beautiful heart, beautiful spirit, and a damn fine actress," said Keanu. "He's one of my favorite people, to work with, to be around," said Winona. "I feel the same way," said Keanu.

"I had a big, healthy crush on you, too," replied Keanu. When the host asked what happened to the healthy crushes, Winona replied, "It's still raging. Trust me!" Oh, we trust you.
In Destination Wedding, the duo play characters who meet on their way to a destination wedding and realize that they hate the bride. At first the characters don't get along, which must have required some very difficult acting. But eventually the pessimistic couple falls in love with each other, which must have required virtually no acting at all.
Well, the Internet has spoken, and officially ships Winona and Keanu. We need them to make more projects together. Maybe Winona can play his wife in a John Wick movie. And maybe Keanu can play her husband in a season of Stranger Things. Then we can see more adorable interviews of them flirting with each other, and forgot that the world can be such a dark place.
