Since having little baby True with Tristan Thompson, Khloe Kardashian's love life has been the source of much speculation and column inches in the press.

As I'm sure you are more than aware by now, the birth of True was marred by accusations of infidelity on the behalf of Thompson, who was pictured getting close with several women on nights out months before the arrival of his daughter. Despite the fact that the pictures were old, they were released just days before True's arrival, with the spotlight being firmly cast on Khloe (and the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians) in the build-up to the birth.

However, since then, little has been revealed about Khloe and Tristan's relationship. The reality star has popped up on occasion to shut down 'fans' who have criticised her reported choice to stay with the NBA player, but the pair hasn't been seen out with one another... until now.

Various sources and insiders have disclosed information about Khloe and Tristan in the past few months, with one source saying that they were on the brink: “Khloe and Tristan are still not fully OK,” a source told Us Weekly. “They act like they are when they’re in front of others, but it’s all a show at this point,” the insider says of the couple, who are currently living together in LA during the NBA offseason.

A separate source confirmed that the couple had tried therapy, but according to them, it hasn't helped thaw relations and Tristan, in particular, is struggling. "He’s no longer going with Khloe for [therapy] sessions. He just didn’t feel it was helping to discuss sh-t that happened months ago.” Now, however, things have apparently got so bad that the Cleveland Cavalier’s centre is ready to go back to the east coast. “He wants to go back to Cleveland ASAP,” the second source says.

It's also believed that Tristan has become a bit sick of life in the limelight, with one source saying: "He really hates the public nature of it all that the Kardashians and the relationship brings to his life and the sense of being trapped still exists with Khloe as much as he is trying to make it work it still is a tough time being with her. He misses being single."

However, despite the negative rumours, Khloe and Tristan have added more fuel to the fire over the weekend when they were spotted out partying with one another and putting on a united front. After he was shunned from Kylie Jenner's 21st birthday bash, Khloe Kardashian could be seen partying the night away with a green cup (which, as you can see in the image below, suggests that your love life is "complicated.")

But, despite the complications, Tristan and Khloe were then seen the following night PDAing all over the club and looking very much like a united couple.
