Thanks to my distinct lack of a womb and the failures of modern medicine, I will probably never get to be pregnant in my lifetime. I say that with a tinge of regret but considering the nine months of discomfort, the morning sickness not to mention the hours of labour you'll have to go through to push an entire human out of your birth canal, I think I can handle that particular disappointment.

Pregnancy sounds hard, and doubly so if you happen to be famous. Not only do you have to contend with new motherhood, but you have to do so under the spotlight of societal scrutiny, with there being tons of pressure on you to shed the baby weight so you can carry on posting racy selfies and whatnot. I can't imagine what it's been like for Khloé Kardashian, though; not only has she had to deal with all of that, she's also had to resolve her issues with philandering baby daddy Tristan Thompson. Sounds like a nightmare.

It's all the more impressive, then, that within six weeks of her transformative but testing pregnancy, Khloé K has already managed to shed 30 pounds - that is, about how much her daughter True Thompson will weigh when she's 24 months old. That's a lot of weight to lose in a short space of time even if you're not a new mom, and Khloé K has put it all down to her new post-pregnancy diet.

While the first meal for new mom Khloé Kardashian was a McDonald's hash brown, since then, she's put away the junk food and really got down to business in order to get back to her pre-natal physique. On her app, Khloé revealed the details of her new diet plan, which she put together under the watchful eye of a nutritionist. It contains a lot of protein so that she can make the most of her gym time, but more importantly, she's cutting down on another food group to help her get rid of the unwanted pounds.

That's right - in order to get back to where she wants to be, Khloé Kardashian is really holding back on the carbs. The Revenge Body star revealed that she starts her day with a tablespoon of jam and almond butter, before embarking on her workout. Post gym, she'll tuck into some eggs, a cup of oatmeal and a cup of berries, before another handful of berries and almonds as a mid-morning snack.

"It has lots of protein, so I'm able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I'm never hungry because I'm always eating."

Now, Khloé says that the best way to stave off hunger in the afternoon before dinnertime (also known as "lunch") was usually a cup of vegetables and - you guessed it - more almonds, but she did stop short of revealing what she had for dinner. Considering she's already lost 30 pounds, I doubt it's anything like McDonald's hash browns, but you can understand her not revealing all of her secrets in one go.

Otherwise, losing weight after pregnancy would be a cinch, don't you think?
