Responding to a question from news.com.au regarding her fans in the LGBTQI community, Gaga not only revealed what Bradley Cooper said to her following their final rehearsal for the show.

"That’s actually what Bradley said to me yesterday right before we did our last rehearsal for this performance of 'Shallow'," she continued. "He said, ‘Let’s just drop a little bit of joy.’ And I said, ‘Okay’. And turns out, joy did a whole lot for me."

Lady Gaga then went on to explain her vision for the future of award ceremonies as a whole:

“What I would like to say is: one of the hardest things in life is to be brave enough to be yourself,” Gaga said, before revealing that her "true dream" for the Oscars is for it to one day for non-gender specific:

"I have a true dream in our future as we evolve as humanity that these award shows will not be male and female but that we include everyone."

Gaga capped off her emotional Oscars experience with a tweet praising Cooper and their captivating duet: "Nothing could be more special than sharing this moment at the Oscars with a true friend and artistic genius."
