It's often said that someone, somewhere, looks exactly like you. While you may believe that you're original and unique, I'm here to tell you that you're not. No, there isn't "only one of me!" in the world, there's a few. There are a few people that look exactly like you do.

Now, for some, this may be an unfortunate coincidence. However, for others, it's great. I mean, imagine being Ryan Gosling's doppelgänger. Or Beyoncé's. Or J-Lo's. Imagine the world of possibility that it would open.

J-Lo - not to be confused with J-Law - is a world-famous singer who is also renowned for her enviable looks and even more enviable figure. While the majority of people would kill to even remotely look like her, one woman is lucky enough to be an exact replica... but with muscles.

Janice Garay - a female bodybuilder with over 100,000 Instagram followers - rose to fame on the platform after selfies of her went viral due to her similarities with the much-heralded pop singer. The photo in question ended up Instagram's "explore" page, something which had surprised Garay. "It was just normal selfies I had taken in my restroom and people were assuming that I was Jennifer Lopez, commenting 'Are you J-Lo?' No...I'm Jay from Houston!" she said.

From there, her rise to fame on social media was astronomical, with her Instagram following swelling to over 100,000 in the space of just a month. "It's been pretty crazy. I never expected it to go this extreme, but it's an amazing feeling," she said

While Garay is aware of the similarities between her and Jenny From The Block, speaking to Yahoo beauty, she said that the comparison is only obvious “at some angles” and that she hears the comparisons “every day” from a variety of different people.

Of course, J-Lo is known as one of the most beautiful women on the planet and Garay is not complaining about the comparison. Speaking about it, she says that she is “flattered because [Lopez] is my idol, someone I’ve looked up to since I was a little girl.”

Obviously, aside from the multiple similarities between the two women, there is also one big difference between Lopez and Garay. The pop star is known for being fit, with her body undoubtedly being a product of several hours in the gym, but Garay is a legitimate bodybuilder. Speaking about her passion for weightlifting, Garay says she first got into bodybuilding about three years ago and fell in love with the sport. “I saw instant results and got addicted,” she says. Garay explains that the best part about bodybuilding is the competitions, specifically being onstage. “I feel it’s where I’m supposed to be,” she says.

Having elevated her platform to 181,000 followers, Garay now uses her account to spread a message of self-love and acceptance. One recent upload on her account read: "Everything changes when you begin to love yourself. You no longer send out energy of desperation or need to be filled from the outside. You become a powerful source within yourself that attracts better. The more you love who you are, the less you seek validation and approval."

So there's a woman out there who looks like J-Lo. The world is not a fair place, is it?
