Meghan Markle and Prince Harry react to teen cursing in front of them
Being a member of the royal family presumably means that you have to mind your ps and qs at all times, particularly when you're out and about in public.
Indeed, since Meghan Markle married Prince Harry last year, the public has become much more aware of the long list of archaic royal traditions and protocol that Markle is expected to follow. Frankly, how anyone manages to keep track of all them is beyond me, but Markle seems to be doing a pretty stellar job.
Recently, Meghan and Prince Harry have been undertaking a whole host of royal engagements, while Meghan carries their baby, and yesterday was no exception. The couple visited numerous charities in Bristol, England, before checking in at Bristol Old Vic Theatre, to talk to some kids who're involved with their outreach programme.
One teen, who spoke to the couple about the outreach programme, uttered the now immortal phrase "you can't just be f*cking about on stage" (which to be fair is a sentiment I think we can all get behind).
Of course, with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle being the hip young royals we all know them to be, they took the moment in their stride, with Meghan allowing herself an amused giggle at the profanity, while Prince Harry crouched down in mock bewilderment and pulled a face at the boy.
In case you're wondering if there's any footage of this monumental royal moment, fear not, because here it is.
I'm sure we're all in agreement, this is the royal content we needed and deserved.
On the same trip, Meghan Markle made headlines by writing messages on bananas that would reportedly be given to sex workers. The Bristol charity One25 helps sex workers by providing them with food, condoms and advice, as well as blankets and hot water bottles, according to the Daily Mirror.
Meghan Markle, of course, has been making headlines on a daily basis since she married Prince Harry in a fairytale ceremony last year. Some of them concern her relationship with her father and family, while others comment on her sartorial choices, which have sometimes apparently been unusual within the strict confines of royal protocol.
It seems clear, though, that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are taking their charitable duties extremely seriously, and Prince Harry, alongside his brother Prince William, have been invaluable advocates for mental health support. The Princes lost their mother, Princess Diana, when they were very young, and have both been forthcoming in talking about their experiences with their own mental health.
