Sometimes it seems as though Meghan Markle really is too perfect words. Seriously, I feel like we're all still struggling to wrap our heads around her. She really is like a fairytale princess in real life, and I struggle to think of a new member of the royal family who's been so quickly adopted and adored by the public at large. In fact, some people are actually infuriated by how flawless she appears to be. She's almost too good to be true.

However, it turns out that Meghan does actually have some flaws of her own; and what's better is that they're actually super-relatable, bad habits that most of us have been guilty of at one time or another. Man; I feel closer to her already, don't you?

In a 2016 post on her old blog The Tig, Meghan apparently stated that her new year's resolutions were to: "Run a marathon. Stop biting my nails. Stop swearing. Re-learn French. These make my New Year’s resolution list nearly (AKA actually every) single year. The marathon hasn’t happened. The swearing comes in lulls triggered by being overworked or feeling mighty cheeky after a couple of drinks ... It still happens with a turbulent flight or a stressful day. It’s unladylike. But then again, so is the swearing. Dammit."

So far, we haven't found out whether she's been able to kick these habits, but since she's now a royal, it's doubtful that she's still allowed to curse like a sailor in public. These resolutions are even more important for her, now that Meghan and Harry have made the announcement that the former Suits actress is pregnant!

Kensington Palace released a statement on their official Instagram account, which read: "Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019. Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public."

It seems as though having a family has always been an aspiration of Meghan's. Back in 2016, she told Lifestyle magazine in an interview that: "I dreamt [of becoming] a successful working actress, which I can now very thankfully tick off the list. And I also dream to have a family. It’s all about balance, and I have so much happiness in my career and am fortunate to travel the world and see so many amazing things—it will also be nice to be anchored to something grounded and in the same place. Raising a family will be a wonderful part of that."

So if Meghan's capable of fulfilling that dream, then surely she can also kick her bad habits to the curb as well? So if she can, anyone can as well.
