Unsettling footage of Diddy hanging out with 15-year-old Justin Bieber has resurfaced after the rapper’s homes were raided by Homeland Security.
The rapper and music executive - who is formerly known as Puff Daddy - is facing civil lawsuits over alleged sexual assault and sex trafficking.

In a statement, they wrote: "Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners," per The Independent. "We will provide further information as it becomes available."
Fox 11 shared footage of the raid taken from an overhead helicopter that shows multiple unnamed people in handcuffs outside the property.
Homeland Security expert Hal Kempferm told the outlet the evidence they’re looking for includes devices such as laptops, flash drives, and anything that would connect Combs with the allegations.
In a statement through his attorney, Aaron Dyer, Diddy described the raids as a "gross overuse of military-level force" for which there was "no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated".
His legal team insisted he was innocent, and added: "There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name."
Combs is among the most influential hip-hop producers and executives of the past three decades. He is the founder of Bad Boy Records and helped launch the career of several artists including Notorious BIG, Mary J Blige, Usher, Lil Kim, Faith Evans, and 112.
In the wake of the controversy, social media users have begun sharing past videos of the rapper and found 14-year-old footage from Bieber’s YouTube channel in which then-40-year-old Diddy talks about spending "48 hours" with the 'Baby' singer.
"You ever seen the movie 48 Hrs? Right now [Justin is] having 48 hours with Diddy, him and his boy," the music mogul says in the video. "They’re having the times of their lives, like where we hanging out and what we’re doing we can’t really disclose. But it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream."
Combs says that he was "given custody" of Bieber and noted: "You know, he’s signed to Usher and I had legal guardianship of Usher when he did his first album. I did Usher’s first album. For the next 48 hours, he’s with me. And we’re gonna go full. Buck full crazy."
The 'Never Say Never' hitmaker says "Let’s go get some girls," when Diddy asks what he wants to do. "Man after my heart," the rapper responds. "That’s what I’m talking about."
The bizarre clip circulated on X (formerly Twitter) and garnered reactions from many users. One person said: "It's super creepy seeing all these videos of Diddy that's coming out."
Another commented: "What 40-year-old wants to 'hang out' with a 15-year-old?" while a third added: "That is just strange."
The investigations against Diddy began after his former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie, filed an explosive lawsuit against him in November 2023, accusing him of physically and sexually abusing her for years.
The father-of-seven settled the lawsuit within a day, but since then, more people have sued Combs, accusing him of a wide range of abusive behavior, including sexual harassment, rape, nonconsensual adult material, and sex trafficking.
Combs took to Instagram to issue a statement denying the damning allegations against him, writing: "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy."
"Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth," he added.
