Fans have been left concerned after seeing a new selfie of Noah Centineo - and let's just say he's sporting an entirely different look than what we're used to.

Now, many of you may know Centineo as the ever-so-handsome Peter Kavinsky from Netflix's hit movie, To All the Boys I've Loved Before, which ended up getting a sequel in 2021.

His clean-cut look and boyish charm made him an irresistible force back in 2018, though the star has now swapped that out for an entirely new aesthetic that has left fans wondering if everything is okay with the actor.

Taking to his Instagram Stories over the weekend, the actor posted a close-up selfie which left fans branding it the ultimate "jump-scare" of 2024.

Long gone was the baby-faced fluffy-haired man we always knew and instead, he's been replaced with a slightly more dishevelled version.

The selfie showed the 27-year-old donning a white Sherpa sweatshirt while showing off a full head of curly brunette hair that was seemingly bursting out of the hood on his head.

He also had a full-length beard, and bushy eyebrows, all paired with a straight-faced expression.

The image was reposted to other social media platforms including X, where fans gathered to question if the star was okay.

"Oh my lawd I didn’t even recognize Him ... had to google the other version to see who tf this was," wrote one user.

"He looks like he's going through something," added another.

A third also stated: "We should be asking him that question... Is he okay."

And this user even urged the star to "clean" his appearance up writing: "He looks like the current version of this guy i used to talk to a LONG time ago... oh dear noah clean it up.'

But while some people were left reeling, others were actually quite fond of the look.

"Kinda cuter with those bushy hairs," wrote one person on X while another chimed in with: "Not him being sexy in a dad bod."

The star also followed up on his Stories with another video of him waving at his fans donning the eccentric look.

While it may be an entirely different aesthetic from when he first stepped out on the scene, this isn't the first time we've seen Centineo experiment with his look.

In 2020, the Black Adam alum debuted a tight buzz cut, which was pretty well-received by fans. And just a year or so later, he was seen rocking a thick mustache on his upper lip, while the rest of his beard was clean-shaven.

This look may be here to stay for a little while, but we're not mad - if anyone can pull it off, it's Centineo.
