Many of us have watched our favourite Disney films so many times that the characters in them feel almost real to us. But what if they actually did take a step out of the screen and into reality? Thanks to artist Jirka Väätäinen, we got to see this play out through his "Real Life Disney Characters" series. The Melbourne-based artist is now famed for drawing characters like Queen Elsa, the Beast and Moana exactly how they would look if they were people like you and me - and, to be honest with you, he's pretty darn amazing at it.

"I have always been interested in character design, as well as the way people look and what makes them unique in their appearances," he said back in 2015. "I was inspired by the idea of recreating these characters that we all know and love, in a way I would imagine them to look like if they were 'more real', while still staying somewhat true to the unrealistic quirks in their original character designs." Well, keep doing what you do Jirka, you're smashing it!
