Is anyone else's go-to remedy for when you're hungover - or just feeling a bit "bleh" - to navigate to Netflix and put on Friends? I'm sure I'm not the only one. There's something soothing about the laughter track, something familiar in all your favourite characters, and something so damn satisfying as you see them struggling to be functioning adults too.

Friends ran from 1994 to 2004, and 14 years on and it's still one of the most loved shows of all time. Unsurprisingly, the actors who played Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Joey and Pheobe are all still doing well, no doubt set up for life based on their monumental earnings ($1 million per episode, can you believe it?!).

But what about the other characters? The kids, for example? Well, it's just caught the world's attention that Emma – Rachel and Ross's baby – is now all grown up.

Emma was played by a set of twins named Noelle and Cali Sheldon, and they celebrated their 16th birthday last month.

Fun fact: twins or triplets are commonly snapped up to play young characters in films or TV. This is mainly because of strict child working laws, which often mean kids and babies can only work a portion of the full shooting schedule per day. Another fun fact: Ross's kid Ben in Friends was also played by twins, Dylan and Cole Sprouse.

Just like the Sprouse twins, it seems the Sheldon twins are starting to ramp up their acting careers yet again. Noelle and Cali revealed yesterday that they would be starring in Jordan Peele's new flick. It follows his hugely successful Get Out, and is another thriller entitled Us. The Sheldon twins will be starring alongside Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke and Elisabeth Moss.

While they probably can't even remember acting on the set of Friends, the twins visited Central Perk at Warner Brothers Studios in Los Angeles last November. You've got to admit, they still look like they fit in perfectly!

Almost conveniently, Aniston recently revealed that she dreams of a Friends reboot.

"Before that show ended, people were asking if we were coming back," she told InStyle when asked about the oft-requested Friends reunion.

"Courteney [Cox] and Lisa [Kudrow] and I talk about it. I fantasize about it. It really was the greatest job I ever had," she said. "I don’t know what it would look like today, but you never know."

Well, Emma would be all grown up if they did do that revival, that's for sure! In fact, producer David Crane recently confirmed that, in his mind, Rachel, Ross and Emma are still a happy little family 14 years on. Crane was on The Wrap’s Emmy Series comedy showrunners panel when fellow panel occupant Rachel Bloom asked whether Rachel and Ross were still each other's lobsters.

"In your opinion, Ross and Rachel, how are they doing? Are they still together? Is that sustainable?" she asked. Crane replied without much hesitation: "Yes. Come on, they worked really hard, ten years."

Phew! Can we please get that Friends reunion now then?
