Kanye West has claimed that his wife Bianca Censori was "battered and sexually assaulted" by a man before the rapper stepped in and allegedly punched him.

According to TMZ, the 46-year-old rapper has found himself in legal trouble after an alleged altercation involving Censori and an unnamed male individual.

The report obtained by the publication claims that late on Tuesday (April 16), a man supposedly pushed or grabbed the controversial Yeezy designer's wife, which prompted him to react.

However, West's team has claimed to various outlets that the 29-year-old Australian wasn't merely pushed during the alleged ordeal.

Releasing a statement to The Mirror, Yeezy's chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos said: "'A stranger grabbed Bianca' is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted last night."

"The assailant didn't merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted," they added.

Additional information regarding the alleged event remains unclear, although the Los Angeles Police Department is known to be investigating the incident, talking to everyone involved.

It's reported that neither party was injured in the altercation, or at least the man the 'Gold Digger' rapper is accused of hitting did not seek medical attention.

Furthermore, authorities have disclosed that they are collecting witness statements to get a clear understanding of the situation.

The 'Heartless' hitmaker - who has changed his name to Ye - married Censori, an architect at his company Yeezy, in December 2022, less than a month after his divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized.

The alleged incident comes after Censori sparked outrage during her visit to Disneyland with the 'All of the Lights' rapper.

Videos from parkgoers shared to social media reveal the pair enjoying themselves at the Happiest Place on Earth, sharing smiles, engaging in light conversation, and holding hands.

But given the park's strict dress code, it certainly wasn't the sort of place where the model could get away with her notorious risque outfits.

The father-of-four donned an all-white ensemble, while his beau opted for a tight beige bodysuit with an additional apron-like covering in the front - which offered more coverage than her previous outfits.

Censori completed the look by opting to go shoeless - instead using medical wrap around the soles of her feet and ankles.

Many social media users questioned the park's decision to allow the model to wear the bizarre outfit, with one person writing on Instagram: "Any non-celebrity would not be able to wear that in the parks," as cited by The Mirror.

A second asked: "They [Disney] let her in like that?" while a third pointed out: "If other people dressed like that they’d make her wear Disney clothes to cover up. BOOOO."
