Ariana Grande just revealed what 'thank u, next' album is really about and fans are shook
Ariana Grande's new album 'thank u, next' is out on February 8, and if you're not excited, you need to get out. As we get closer to the all-important day of release, fans are going wild, scouring the internet for hints of what her new tracks are about. But, we're happy to announce that the singer herself left a string of clues on social media this week, revealing what to expect.
Taking to Twitter to answer questions from her followers about the new record, the One Last Time songstress got seriously candid, divulging that we're getting tunes about "feeling badly for the person you're with bc you love somebody else", wanting somebody (but not enough), convincing boys to break up with their girlfriends, and... space?
It's a mixed bag, to say the least.
Ghostin is about "feeling badly for the person you're with bc you love somebody else". Ouch!
Bloodline is just savage
Who hasn't done what Ariana sings about in My Head?
Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored is a last minute addition to the album after the star replaced a song called Remember that was too personal to share
Who did Ariana want to break up with their girlfriend because she was bored? No one, apparently
In case you hadn't noticed, the album takes a somewhat sombre tone - no babies being made on Valentine's Day, according to Ariana!
In fact, everyone is breaking up come February 8
Like seriously, though
But don't worry, it's not all doom and gloom - you get a song about Space (kind of)
