Whether you call them biscuits or cookies, we all surely agree that Lotus Biscoffs are the absolute best.

They are one of the few things that are always guaranteed to put a smile on my face, and over the last few years, we've been able to enjoy their amazing taste with Lotus Biscoff Spread, Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream, and Lotus Biscoff Topping Sauce.

But now, one baker on social media has taken things to the next level by creating an entire Lotus Biscoff lasagne - and it looks absolutely mouthwatering.

Walla Abu-Eid, from Sydney Australia, shared the unique recipe with her 48.6K followers on Instagram. Abu-Eid captioned her culinary creation: "The Lotus Biscoff lasagne!! Wow it turned out way better than I expected."

The talented Walla then shared with her followers the recipe list and instructions on how they could make it at home. And after looking at all those layers of Biscoff goodness, there's no doubt we are all going to be making this at home.

So, per Walla's recipe, you will need:

  • 3-4 packets Biscoff biscuits (dependant on tray size)
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • Dash of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Half a jar Biscoff spread
Walla also provided her followers with a step-by-step guide on how to make this luscious lasagne:

Walla's instructions are as follows:

  • Place the cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and whip until soft peaks form.
  • Melt Biscoff spread in the microwave until "saucy".
  • Start to layer the biscuits at the base of tray.
  • Place a layer of cream over the biscuits, then drizzle the melted Biscoff spread on top.
  • Repeat these steps until you achieve the number of layers you're happy with, but the final layer must be cream.
  • Then, place some of the gooey Biscoff spread in a piping bag and pipe lines on top of the cream.
  • Use a skewer to create a pattern (pushing those lines up then down).
  • Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight, and enjoy!

And it probably comes as no surprise to anybody that people have been trying Walla's recipe at home for themselves:

The only problem is, I know that if I make this Lotus lasagne, I'll definitely eat it all in one go.
