Hair trends tend to come and go, but every now and then, there's some particular style that sticks around for a fair amount of time. Beards, for instance, have become increasingly common without any sign of fading. And, no matter what any guy says about how they aren't swayed by trends, they are affected by what others do to some extent.

As a bearded man, I've somehow managed to avoid completing the hipster look with a man bun on top. They look pretty functional, and I've heard plenty of people say they look good... but not everyone is on the same page. In fact, there are people out there who will roll their eyes even passing one in the street.

With this in mind, I'm sure there are plenty of guys out there that want to try it out, but are a little worried over how the polarising hairstyle will go down after it makes its debut.
