Fitness model dubbed "Miss Iron Bum" is so jacked that haters call her an "alien"
In recent years, social media has encouraged people, especially young women, to share photos of themselves in order to gain praise, recognition and, of course, a larger following. But while this sort of vanity has naturally had many downsides - including unfavorably comparing yourself to others - it has also inspired people to shamelessly take pride in their appearance.
In particular, it has led to an increased interest in fitness - and even more specifically, the fitness models who post plenty of motivational advice, pics of their insanely toned bodies, and videos of their grueling workout routines.
Instagram has definitely been at the forefront of this trend, which has seen ordinary people work hard to achieve an athletic physique. We've watched these fitness models become online celebrities, the most popular of which have millions of followers. Jen Selter (pictured below), for instance, has made a career out of perfecting her body, namely her derrière, and sharing revealing pics of herself. And it's definitely working out for her considering she has an impressive 12.4 million followers and counting.
Yes, Selter and her fellow fitness fanatics are incredibly fit, toned, and more often than not have that enviably firm, round butt.
But few of them look quite as bulky and athletic as Bakhar Nabieva from Ukraine.
The 24-year-old fitness model's huge thighs are practically all muscle, earning her the nickname "Miss Iron Bum", a title she is clearly fond of considering she posts all of her workout videos from behind.
However, Nabieva's unusual physique has made her the center of numerous cosmetic surgery rumors. Plus commenters on her posts often slate the model - who also wears large black contact lenses - for looking like an "alien" and a "demon".
Nabieva says that she started working out intensively after being bullied for her naturally slender frame. "I decided to change the situation," says Nabieva. "I was tired of people looking at me."
"I was a very skinny child, had thin legs, and all my classmates made fun of me," she continued. "I started going to the gym but I had no idea how to build an exercise routine correctly so I just started working on the physical part. One day I woke up and looked in the mirror and I saw some muscles. Once I saw the result of developing muscles nothing could stop me."

These days, she spends most of her days pumping iron at the gym and places special emphasis on her glutes. In an interview with femalemuscle.com, Bakhar went into further detail about the very beginning of her fitness journey:
"I was a very skinny child, had thin legs, and all my classmates made fun of me. So I decided to change the situation, I was tired of people looking at me.
I started going to the gym, and I did not know what to do, did not count the reps and sets, doing squats every day, had no idea how to build an exercise routine correctly. I was just working on the physical part, started to read bodybuilding magazines and one day I woke up and looked in the mirror and I saw some muscles, once I saw the result of developing muscles nothing could stop me."
Bakhar now has over two million followers on Instagram who flock to her page to see her latest workout vids and photos of her chiseled body. "Are you from this universe?" one follower wrote. "Certainly the most gorgeous alien I’ve ever seen."
But as ever, we live in a world with diverse opinions and perspectives and not everyone is all that keen on her look. "Are you a demon?" one commenter wrote. "I’m sorry but you’re the devil."
The model's very ambitious workout routine revolves around doing plenty of running, squatting and lifting weights. And her huge following has ultimately led to her securing deals with some top brands, so included in her content are various sponsored posts of shakes and powders.

So what does someone of her build eat on a daily basis? Well, if you think her relationship with food revolves around small portions and avoiding carbs, you're wrong.
"Many of you ask me about my diet," she says. "The answer is there is no diet. When you have a fast metabolism, you eat everything and get no fat but yes, of course, I eat a lot of meat and carbs but also candies."
"My body just doesn’t want to gain fat but I think it’s going to slow down when I’m 25 or something."
Well done to Bakhar Nabieva for transforming her body totally beyond recognition, an accomplishment that, let's face it, many of us would struggle to achieve.
