English muffin - Simply toast this until it's a perfect golden brown.

75g sausage meat - For this, you will want to season your meat with a pinch of salt and pepper. Aftward, shape it into balls before flattening it into patty shapes. Then cook it under a pre-heated grill for six to seven minutes on each side.

Eggs - Cover the inside of a metal ring with a little cooking oil and place it into a small frying pan. Then add enough water to cover the base before boiling it. Crack your eggs into the rings, cover the pan and cook for between two and three minutes.

American Cheese Slice - This one is a no brainer. Simply assemble your McMuffin by putting the egg and patty on top before adding a slice of cheese!

Potato - Grate a potato into a bowl to make a hashbrown. Add in an egg before mixing it with salt and pepper to season. Then heat a glug of oil in a pan before adding a spoonful of the mix. Flatten and cook until it's golden brown on both sides.

And voilà! You will have your own perfect sausage and egg McMuffin to see you through isolation!
