Shoppers are raving about Primark's new £8 perfume from the Disney's Aladdin range, as they claim is smells identical to the designer Thierry Mugler’s iconic Alien scent, which RRPs in stores for £72.50.
Yes, for nine-times less and with just 10ml fewer in the bottle, you could smell like a high-end celeb, when really you're smothered in Agrabah's finest musk for street-rats - Making My Own Magic, eau de parfum.
Taking to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing & Bargains, run by money-saving mum Holly Smith, one woman shared her bargain buy, writing:
"Primark 100ml perfume… Disney Aladdin £8 smells exactly the same as Alien!! Now a mum of 2 who wears Aladdin."
Others were quick to confirm the woman's findings, with another typing:
"Thank you to the person who posted about Primark Aladdin perfume smelling like Alien.
"Sprayed a sample in the shop & it’s still smelling strong hour half later so I’ve brought it- the perfume smells better than the spray but both are."
Another added:
"Aladdin perfume, exact Alien Thierry Mulger Dupe! Available at Primark Barnsley, whilst stocks last!!!! £8!"
