Regardless of whether you're with someone or not, Valentine's Day can be a special day on which you live out a fun tradition. It can be going out for a date in a fancy restaurant, getting drunk with your friends, or simply ordering in some pizza and watching a trashy movie.

One tradition that blogger and podcaster Dami Olonisakin has undertaken is to use February 13 to ask the women of Twitter to ask someone out for the big day - and then share their chosen person's response with the rest of the world. Sometimes it goes well, and sometimes it doesn't, but the results are definitely worth checking out...
