Disneyland Paris are looking for new Disney Princes and Princesses

Disneyland is famously dubbed the "Happiest Place on Earth", and there are an impressive six Disney resorts the world over - resorts which for many hardcore fans have become bucket list items.

Take a first look at Disney's new Star Wars-themed world, Galaxy's Edge, in the video below:

However, some Disney fans go one step further than simply visiting all of the resorts, opting to become part of them. While there are the usual "cast member" jobs - like ride operators and restaurant staff - at Disney, the most coveted of all the roles is that of a prince or a princess.

And if that sounds like your idea of a dream job, Disneyland Paris is now on the hunt for these very employees!

The job listing was posted on the park's website and involves an open casting call for British actors to play the roles. There are multiple auditions taking place, with the first being held on Saturday the 8th of June.

It's not just princes and princesses who are being auditioned for, either. Other roles up for grabs include Marvel superheroes and other well-known faces like Mickey and Minnie.

The listing reads:

"We are looking for enthusiastic and highly energetic people for our characters and parade department!

"If you dream of: performing as a famous Disney Character and/or Marvel, to participate in our wonderful parade and cavalcades (a basic dance level required), to portray Disney Princesses and Princes (subject of having the distinguishing characteristics)."

If you're a woman looking to be a Disney Princess, you have to measure between 160cm and 173cm, and have "elegance graceful qualities and no visual tattoos".

Whereas if you think what you've got what it takes to be a real-life Disney Prince, you have to be between 160cm - 183cm and have "compelling masculine features and no visual tattoos".

But if you're not quite the size listed here, you can still be a performer in the parade or work at the character meet-and-greets.

To audition, you have to be aged 18 or above and speak fluent French and/or English.

The first set of auditions are taking place in Dublin, Ireland on the 8th of June between 10.15 am and 11.45 am.

If this sounds like your dream job, full details of the Dublin audition are available here.
