When you gain hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram, you can become an 'influencer.' That means brands will pay you to plug their product as you flaunt your luxurious life on social media. Sounds like a pretty good job, doesn't it? I mean, it's a pretty stupid job, and I'm skeptical how long this type of career lasts, but hey, beats making lattes at Starbucks.

Swedish native Johanna Olsson is one such 'influencer,' and boasts over 500,000 followers on The Gram. However, after sharing pictures from her glamorous trip to Paris, she's not basking in heart and fire emojis. Critics are mocking her for poorly Photoshopping several images; if you have eyes, you'll notice several glaring mistakes that show evidence of alteration.

In one photo, Olsson appears to have superimposed herself over the River Sienne, as it looks like she's floating over the pavement. So, either she modified the photo with Photoshop or she is some kind of sorceress, unbound by the laws of gravity.

In another photo, Olsson poses at an outdoor café, and an umbrella appeared to be missing from a table in the background. Either she used Microsoft Paint to modify the image, or, as Queen of the Swedish Witch Clan, she used her dark magic to zap that umbrella into another dimension. Bow down to Queen Olsson, lest she turn those spectral powers on you!

In the comment section, Instagram users called out Olsson for being the worst Photoshopper since Kim Kardashian. "My cat does better Photoshop," joked one person, while another added, "BAHAHAHA fake." Meanhwhile Twitter user commented, "loooool Johanna Olsson has been caught EDITING HERSELF IN PHOTOS to look like she’s travelling the world. Imagine bein that desperate t impress n be looked in such ways on Insta. When instead enjoyin life eye t eye ???? We live in a sad life it’s just so funny ??."

The Mirror reported that Olsson was on all-expenses-paid trip to Paris to model various items of clothing. So, if she actually visited the City of the Lights, why alter the images in such an obvious, terrible way? Olsson reportedly explained herself on Instagram Stories:

“I wanted to talk a little bit about the pictures I posted in Paris. So I did one picture, shot it and didn’t think it looked that nice… so I took a different background and put the background into it. And when I put it up, nobody noticed, so I thought, this is good. I admit it wasn’t my finest Photoshop skills.

"Now in Sweden this thing has gone crazy and TV shows want me to come on and talk about my ‘fake travelling.' It’s a bit ridiculous I think. There are a lot of influencers out there that Photoshop in birds, rainbows or crazy skies and I could do that but I don’t like that. I just wanted to make that clear that I was in Paris, but I did Photoshop the background, but I’m not going to take them down because it’s a collaboration."

Maybe her next glamorous trip will be to a Photoshop 101 class.
