Khloé Kardashian reveals the real reason her lips look so much bigger in recent footage
You know, 2018 has been a hectic year for Khloé Kardashian. Just in case any of you hermits are clueless about her current situation, allow me to fill you in on the details. Khloé was pregnant for some time, and has recently given birth to a little baby girl called True, whom she had with her basketball player boyfriend Tristan Thompson. All you moms out there will know for sure that having a baby isn't exactly a walk in the park, since your weight, moods and hormones inevitably fluctuate. Indeed, keeping your figure slim after pregnancy is no mean feat, and that's not even getting into all the other myriad changes your body will go through.
Recently, the reality TV star lost some weight after giving birth to True. Yet despite this, she was annoyed to learn that critics had made a number of ridiculous claims about how she managed to shed the pounds; stating that she had relied upon liposuction and cosmetic surgery. Khloé was able to shut them down, but now her detractors have come out of the woodwork again to criticise the way her mouth looked on the latest season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Yes, it seems like, due to hormonal changes brought about by her pregnancy, Khloé's lips now look somewhat swollen and inflated, which has led some to conclude that she has had lip fillers implanted between seasons of the show. However, an outraged Khloé was quick to address these rumours in an emotional Instagram story.
Khloé told her many followers: "PSA I was pregnant during the entire season of KUWTK. Some women get 'pregnancy lips.' I was one of them. So my lips look crazy and massive. Trust me I know and I HATED IT! A lot of wild sh•t happens to your body and face while pregnant. It's out of our control. Most people don't have to film during an entire pregnancy so just watch the show and be kind about my growing body and lips. Pregnant women should be off limits. [sic] "
Earlier this month, Khloé also took to Twitter to throw shade at trolls and critics, stating: "Completely over mommy/body shamers! Women who choose 2take their time after baby, I’m so proud of you! Women who choose to work out after baby, I’m so proud of you!” she tweeted in July. “We all must do what’s best for US! Please b kind 2urself! A happy mommy makes for a happy baby! Love your process. [sic]"
She added: "We are so hard on ourselves Please be patient and gentle with your journey. Don’t compare yours to anyone else’s. You are right where you need to be! You are amazing!! You are worthy!!! [sic]"
Personally I think Khloé has a right to look however she wants without having to put up with constant shaming and condemnation from others. Khloé: you be you!
