Megan Thee Stallion is being sued by one of her former cameramen for an allegedly "salacious" and hostile working environment.

In a lawsuit filed to the Los Angeles Superior Court, cameraman Emilio Garcia has accused Thee Stallion of sexual harassment as well as a hostile work environment, after the star allegedly trapped Garcia in a moving vehicle while she had sex with another woman after a night out in June 2022.

Garcia, who worked as a personal cameraman for Megan Thee Stallion from 2018 to 2023, alleged that the 'Hot Girl Summer' rapper also apparently told him to never "discuss what you saw," as per the documents obtained by USA Today.

In an interview with NBC News on Tuesday, Garcia explained that he "felt uncomfortable" and "was kind of frozen" and "shocked" during the alleged incident in the back of the SUV, adding that he couldn't believe the "audacity to do this right, right beside me."

Things only continued to get worse, as claimed by the cameraman, who stated that Thee Stallion "degraded" him with fat-shaming remarks, even going as far as telling him to "spit [his] food out", adding "you don't need to be eating."

The "barrage of relentless sexual and fat-shaming comments" plunged the former employee "into profound emotional distress," the lawsuit states before going on to add that she also failed to provide her former worker with medical insurance, which would have racked up to an alleged six-figure sum over the years.

Per the documents, Garcia allegedly remains unable to receive care as he “grapples with mounting anxiety, depression, and physical distress stemming from the toxic work environment" created by Thee Stallion.

Speaking of the ideal outcome, Garcia’s attorney Ron Zambrano released a statement emphasizing that Garcia is after financial compensation for his alleged trauma.

“Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior, and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat-shaming conduct," Zambrano said.

He continued: "Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. ‘Inappropriate’ is putting it lightly. Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal.”

In a response statement obtained by Page Six, the 29-year-old Grammy-award-winning rapper fiercely denied all the accusations.

“This is an employment claim for money - with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her,” the superstar’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, told the outlet on Tuesday.

“We will deal with this in court," he added.
