A photo of Princess Catherine visiting a farm shop has emerged, which will hopefully end the rumors about her whereabouts.

Theories about the Princess's whereabouts have been rampant on social media ever since she underwent abdominal surgery at the start of the year.

Her last public sighting was at Christmas, leaving many scratching their heads about why the Palace hasn't released a formal statement on her health.

However, it seems a recent sighting might put these rumors to rest. According to reports from the Daily Mail, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were seen at a farm shop near their Adelaide Cottage in Windsor over the weekend.

While some were initially skeptical about this sighting because there was no photographic evidence, a video of the Royal couple has now emerged.

The video, released by The Sun, shows a beaming Princess of Wales enjoying the spring sunshine as she walks with Prince William, engaged in conversation.

Although Kensington Palace has yet to officially comment on the footage, the video provides reassurance regarding her health and refutes the wild and baseless conspiracy theories circulating online, including claims about her death, substitution by a body double, or troubles in her marriage to Prince William.

With Prince William attending royal duties in Sheffield today, reports suggest that plans for Princess Catherine's return to full royal engagements are being accelerated by the palace, now that her recovery seems evident.

An insider revealed to the Daily Mail: "The earlier she can appear in public, the quicker cruel rumors will be banished."

Body language expert Judi James, speaking to the outlet, analyzed the Princess of Wales in the footage, noting her confidence and lack of frailty, which she interpreted as a deliberate effort to reassure fans and dispel rumors.

The couple, dressed casually, seemed at ease and content during their outing. The Princess sported gym leggings, a hooded top, and trainers, while Prince William opted for a baseball cap, casual coat, and jeans.

This recent sighting and the possibility of an early return to public duties come shortly after the princess was photographed alongside Prince William leaving Windsor Castle last Monday.

The scrutiny heightened after Princess Catherine took responsibility for the edited family photograph released by Kensington Palace on Mother's Day, which showed several imperfections and sparked theories about her marriage due to her apparent lack of a wedding ring.

After international photo agencies pulled the image from circulation after concerns it was "manipulated by the source", Catherine took to social media to release a statement.

She told followers of her and Prince William's official Twitter (now X) account: "Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day. C."
