When rumours started swirling that Kylie Jenner was pregnant back in 2017, most of us simply didn't believe it. One of the youngest of the Kardashian brood, the American reality TV personality was just 20 years old and had allegedly been dating boyfriend Travis Scott for a matter of months.

However, despite the family's adamant denial, the gossip kept on circulating and in February 2018, Kylie finally announced the birth of her baby girl Stormi, telling her Instagram followers "I'm sorry for keeping you in the dark throughout all the assumptions. I understand you're used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world."

Her fans were floored by the shocking news. But two people who it apparently didn't come as that much of a surprise to in the first place are Kylie's half-sister Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner.

This reveal was made when the pair appeared on a Business of Fashion West panel on Monday. During the panel, The Business of Fashion founder Imran Amed asked the mother-daughter duo about what their future looks like once their E! show ends.

"It's going to be here forever!" Kris joked in response, quipping that Kim's 5-year-old daughter North West was going to get married in a future season. The entertainment manager went onto say that she "used to say that about Kylie" in the early days of Keeping Up With The Kardashians when her daughter was 10.

Her daughter Kim then added that they predicted Kylie's pregnancy a long time ago, stating: "We used to say, 'Season 17, Kylie has a baby. And we all looked at each other and [were] like, 'Oh s**t! That just happened.'"

Weirdly enough, it turns out that their prediction was more or less spot on; the reality TV show will return to our screens for its 15th season this summer, which Kylie's daughter Stormi may or may not appear on.

I mean, we knew that the Kardashians had to be pretty smart to mastermind their multi-million dollar empire, but psychic powers too? Phew.

As well as revealing that they had joked about the pregnancy for years before, Kris also dropped some hints about the show's upcoming season, hinting at a "major blowout" between sisters, one of whom is rumoured to be Kourtney Kardashian.

"When I think about it, I do get really mad," Kim said. "It's basically just like people being disrespectful. It's the one thing that really gets me.... Talk about Kourtney behaving like that."

Still, no matter the drama, Kris claimed that the family will always stick together, saying: "Well, in these times, there's backlash if you sneeze….It's gotten really out of hand. I think that the way my family and I have always dealt with everything is we know we have each other. Nothing else really matters."

The KKW Beauty head continued, "So at the end of the day, this could all go away and we all have each other and we're confident in that. So, we're always going to be who we are. And if one of us is fighting with, you know, a boyfriend or an ex, or whatever the examples you were giving, I mean, we all know what it is. Like, we all know we support each other and we love each other. And a part of all of that craziness has given us the platform to have our brands."

It's good to hear that, in the face of adversity, the Kardashians are staying strong. If they want to make any more crazy-but-accurate predictions about any of their other family members, they can feel free to throw them our way.
