For most people, cheese is like dairy crack. It's the key ingredient in several delicious meals from pizza to macaroni and cheese to eggplant parmesan. In fact, you don't even need to cook a fancy dinner. Just throw a slice of cheese on a sandwich or a cracker. Or better yet, buy a spray-can of cheese spread and squirt it directly in your mouth. Who cares about the diet? Today's a cheat day!

However, even the greatest turophiles wouldn't want a slice of cheese thrown at their face when they're least expecting it. And if it's a slice of cheap, processed American fromage, that just adds insult to injury. But it sure makes for entertaining videos!

Yes, the latest internet meme is 'cheesing,' and it's a complicated prank: You toss a slice of cheese at an unsuspecting person's face. Okay, it's not a complicated prank. But 'cheesing' was trending today on Twitter, and parents of young children are really getting into it - probably because of their priceless bewildered reactions. Here are some highlights.

But remember, don't 'cheese' someone if they're vegan or lactose intolerant. Instead, I don't know, throw kale at them or something. Maybe you can make 'kaling' a meme.

Oh, and if all these videos are giving you a serious craving for cheese, I recommend booking a flight to Imsil-gun, South Korea. There's a 32-acre theme park there dedicated entirely to cheese. Seriously. Who needs Disney World?
