Eminem has gushed with pride while discussing his 24-year-old daughter Hailie Mathers in an emotional interview on Mike Tyson's Hotboxin' podcast earlier this month.

The rapper was asked how his eldest daughter who he welcomed in 1995 with ex-wife Kim Scott was doing. Previously, Hailie has attracted unwanted media attention because of Machine Gun Kelly, which led to her father defending her, and now he's opened up about how proud he is of her achievements.

When asked if she had a boyfriend and kids, Eminem said: "No babies, just… a boyfriend, but she's doing good. She's made me proud for sure. She's graduated from college."

The rapper then explained that it was "crazy" to have such a grown-up daughter.

"I have a niece that I have helped raise too that's like a daughter - pretty much like a daughter to me - and she's 26, and then I have a younger one at 17 now.

"When I think about my accomplishments, that's probably the thing I'm most proud of, is being able to raise kids."

In an unearthed interview found last year, Eminem also opened up about his daughter Hailie:

Graduating from Chippewa Valley High School with the highest distinction of Summa Cum Laude, Hailie went on to obtain a degree in psychology from Michigan State University in 2018. There, she met and began dating her boyfriend Evan McClintock.

In an interview with the Mail Online in 2018, Hailie opened up about her future plans and expressed a desire to become a social media influencer.

She said: "I'm not sure yet, it's kind of up in the air, still. People have been reaching out through [Instagram], as I don't have any [management]."

In the same interview, Hailie opened up about her relationship with her rapper father, saying that they are "very close".

But perhaps most sweetly of all, per Us Weekly, Hailie acknowledged her parents in a 'Most Influential' publication in her high school.

"My mother and father because they have pushed me to be the person I am and have given me all the support to achieve what I have."
