Lady Gaga has left Jimmy Fallon red-faced after an awkward TV blunder.

The incident took place on Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show: At Home Edition where the 34-year-old singer was set to make an exciting announcement. However, instead of doing so, Lady Gaga told Jimmy that she "couldn't talk right now" and refused to make the announcement.

Instead, the singer asked if she could reschedule the announcement for the next week.

Because of the coronavirus lockdown, the interview took place on a video call, and clearly, Lady Gaga had completely forgotten that she was supposed to be on the show.

The TV host called the Pokerface singer and she said: "We have a big announcement that you're gonna say tonight on our show."

Oblivious to the fact that she was on TV, Lady Gaga said to the TV host: "I can't talk right now I'm really sorry it's just a really weird time."

This, however, isn't the first time that Lady Gaga's found herself in hot water with a TV host.

Jimmy then turned his phone around so that viewers at home could see Lady Gaga, and she said: "Hello Jimmy? I can't see you."

He then told her: "You're on TV..." and she replied: "Am I on TV?"

Jimmy then asked Lady Gaga about exactly what her big announcement was, and she said: "I can't tell you everything right now because I'm still ironing out the details and I have a lot of phone calls to make."

Then she asked: "Can we do it Friday? I promise we can move it Friday."

The Just Dance singer then ended the phone call, evidently struggling to balance her work commitments while in quarantine.

This awkward blunder comes as Seth Meyers branded President Trump an "a**hole" in his first Late Night from Home.
