In these uncertain times, it is understandable that many of us will be growing more and more anxious with each passing day.

With so much pain and upset occurring all over the world, it is important to celebrate the people doing what they can to put smiles on the faces of others. Such as this incredible postman from Bolden, England.

Jon Matson was already playing a key role in his community - ensuring the local residents were receiving letters and birthday cards from loved ones - but he has gone the extra mile to make sure the families on his round have their spirits lifted.

How? By heading to work in fancy dress!

Introducing his idea to the world, Jon wrote on Instagram: "So while this virus grips the world I still have to go to work and deliver post, today I done it in style and made a few people smile. That was the ultimate goal."

So far, Jon has dressed up as a cheerleader and Little Bo Peep in a bid to spread some joy - and he has promised that he's not stopping there.
