A YouTuber is offering her fans free nude pictures if they vote for Joe Biden in the 2020 Presidential Elections.

Per a recent report by TMZ, Tana Mongeau - a YouTube and Instagram influencer best known for once being married to Jake Paul - has seemingly lost her verification status on YouTube after offering nudes via her OnlyFans account in exchange for votes.

Employing the hashtag "#bootyforbiden" to promote her scheme, the 22-year-old uploaded a picture of herself wearing a skimpy string bikini to Instagram, which she captioned: "If you send me proof you voted for Biden I’ll send you a nude for free. [sic]"

However, Mongeau's pledge apparently worked too well, and she later posted an update to her fans to tell them that the influx of messages she'd received had "broken" her account.

Mongeau wrote:

"Broke tana uncensored. love to see so many ppl who want change as badly as i do. u don’t need my ass to know what’s right for America so go VOTE! today was fun. [sic]"

A Twitter comment.

Tana also shared an update with her 5.4 million Instagram followers, writing alongside a picture of her with Biden's face superimposed over her head:

"Update #bootyforbiden broke tana uncensored. love to see so many ppl who want change as badly as i do. u don’t need my ass to know what’s right for America so go VOTE! today was fun, Lily [sic]."

But according to Cornell University, it is actually illegal for Mongeau to offer nudes, or any form of transactional exchange, to obtain votes for a political candidate in an election.

Indeed, United States Code 597 states:

"Whoever makes or offers to make an expenditure to any person, either to vote or withhold his vote, or to vote for or against any candidate, whoever solicits, accepts, or receives any such expenditure in consideration of his vote or the withholding of his vote, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."

However, Mongeau isn't the only internet personality to attempt something like this.

On Wednesday, September 30, YouTuber David Dobrik announced on Twitter that he was willing to give five free Tesla electric cars to people who registered to vote in the 2020 US elections.

Meanwhile, a recent saucy bikini promotion by reality TV star and influencer Kylie Jenner caused a surge, with a whopping 1,500% surge in voter registration traffic in the aftermath of her post.

Writing to her 197 million Instagram followers, Jenner wrote: "But are you registered to vote? click the link in my bio.. let’s make a plan to vote together."

The US Presidential Election comes to an end on November 3.
