A 'big name' celebrity has been accused of raping his personal assistant and exposing her to HIV

We've heard a lot of disturbing stories about sexual misconduct in Hollywood. Charlie Sheen was accused of raping 13-year-old Corey Haim. Sylvester Stallone was accused of forcing a 16-year-old girl into a threesome with him and his bodyguard. Harvey Weinstein was accused of sexual harassment, rape, and even sex trafficking, with over 50 women making allegations. The City of Angels is starting to look more like The City Of Creeps.

However, this new story just might be the most horrifying: a 'big name' celebrity has been accused of raping his personal assistant and exposing her to HIV. If you want to know who this monster is, you're out of luck. According to the case, their names have not been released to protect their identities. We will be calling the woman by the alias of "Jane Doe" and the man by the alias of "David Doe."

Jane Doe filed a lawsuit against David Doe for sexual battery and assault, and spoke to TMZ about the charges. She says she is a "vulnerable single mother" who worked as a part-time personal assistant for David Doe. David Doe allegedly used his position of power as a major celebrity to mistreat her "physically and sexually."

Specifically, Jane Doe "claims the man made her engage in unwanted rough sex, ignored her requests to stop, and belittled her by laughing at her protestations and spitting on her. She also says he threatened to anally rape her, all while she worked for him."

That sounds absolutely horrifying, but unfortunately, the story doesn't end there. Reportedly, one of David Doe's recent sexual partners tested positive for HIV. When David Doe forced himself upon Jane Doe, he refused to wear a condom. Then, after they were done having sex, he told her she should get tested for the virus. It sounds more like a scene out of a horror movie then real life.

Jane Doe is suing David Doe for "unspecified damages" - I mean, how can you even put a price on it? Obviously, it's frustrating we don't know the identity of this 'big name' celebrity. TMZ says that their sources "refused to elaborate." (It's hard not to speculate, isn't it? I can't help but wonder, is it Charlie Sheen? He announced he's HIV positive, and has been accused of sexual assault. But it wouldn't be fair to accuse him, or anyone else, without more information. As we've discovered over the last few months, there's no shortage of predators in Hollywood.)

Earlier this month, Los Angeles District Attorney Jackie Lacey  announced the creation of a special task force to examine allegations of sexual assault.  In addition, the LAPD revealed they are currently investigating 28 sex crimes linked to Hollywood.

"We encourage all victims of sexual assault to come forward to report these crimes," said Police Chief Charlie Beck. "'The high profile nature of these particular cases has not changed our unyielding commitment to seek justice for all victims of sexual assault."

Hopefully the 'big name' celebrity behind this particularly evil crime will be brought to justice.
