The woman whose home was destroyed after Anne Heche’s car crashed into it has received more than $100,000 in donations.

The 53-year-old Six Days, Seven Nights star was seen driving along a residential street in the neighborhood of Mar Vista on Friday (August 5), before the vehicle collided with a property.

Heche is "currently in stable condition" after her blue Mini Cooper burst into flames upon colliding with Lynne Mishele's home, causing the actor to suffer "severe" burn injuries, per the Independent.

Mishele's neighbors have said that she is fortunate to have survived the incident, but her home is said to be "uninhabitable" after firefighters were deployed to tackle the massive fire inside.

The owners of the house destroyed in the crash, John and Jennifer Durand, have since set up a GoFundMe for Mishele, to help her with any costs that she may need to pay.

The fundraiser has now passed the $100,000 mark (with $105,336 raised as of this writing), to help the homeowner with the aftermath of her destroyed house - which has also been "red-tagged" by officials and deemed unsafe for use.

The Durands wrote that it is "distressing" that Mishele lost all her possessions, including her "laptop and iPad, all of her clothing and basic necessities, and all household items" and is now having to rebuild her life.

Sharing pictures of her demolished house, half-burnt family photographs, and destroyed possessions, her neighbors wrote: "With firefighters’ help, she was able to pull a few damaged sentimental belongings from the wreckage. Everything else is gone."

In an interview with People, fellow neighbor Lynne Bernstein said that Mishele was "extremely fortunate" to escape unharmed with her pets as she was in another area of the house at the time of the incident.

Bernstein revealed that Mishele was in a state of shock and did not even realize that a vehicle was inside her house before she saw her neighbors running to help.

As well as asking for donations, the Durands are urging people to support Mishele's home organization business, Creative Organization, on Instagram and TikTok.

"A kind and generous person, Lynne is always first to offer help to others," they wrote. "Today we are asking the community to come together and help Lynne start over."

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, it took 59 firefighters around 65 minutes to extinguish the flame and remove the Donnie Brasco actor from the driver's seat.

TMZ reported that a witness allegedly saw Heche’s car crash into the garage of an apartment building in the neighborhood before it smashed into Mishele's home on the west side of the city.
