Donald Trump has said that Joe Biden has had "the most disastrous first month of any president in modern history" in his first official speech since departing the White House.

According to BBC News, the recently-acquitted former president made his damning comments on Sunday while speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Orlando in Florida.

Watch Trump's last White House address in the video below:

In a speech made to a cheering crowd of his supporters at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, the 74-year-old ex-POTUS lambasted the Biden administration at length.

Trump attacked Biden's executive orders - which have undone a number of Trump's key immigration, domestic, and foreign policies - and lashed out at Supreme Court justices for failing to "have the guts" to intervene in the result of the 2020 Presidential Elections.

Per BBC News, Trump said: "We all knew that the Biden administration was going to be bad but none of us even imagined how just how bad they would be and how far left they would go."

Take a look at Trump's CPAC speech in full here:

Trump then told his captive audience: "Already the Biden administration has proven that they are anti-jobs, anti-family, anti-borders, anti-energy, anti-women and anti-science.

"In just one short month we have gone from: 'America First' to: 'America Last.' Biden has failed in his number one duty as chief executive enforcing America's laws.

"This alone should be reason enough for Democrats to suffer withering losses in the midterms and to lose the White House decisively four years from now."

CNN reports that Trump went on to call out fellow Republican lawmakers who voted to impeach him in the House of Representatives over allegations that he incited the Capitol riots in a rabble-rousing speech made to a mob of pro-Trump supporters prior to the deadly unrest.

These representatives include Liz Cheney of Wyoming, Adam Kinzinger of Illinois, Senator Ben Sasse of Nebraska, and Senator Mitt Romney of Utah.

Trump continued to allege - without evidence - that the Biden campaign was guilty of voter fraud, assert that he was the true winner of the 2020 election and even seemed to hint at his intention to run for office again in 2024.

Trump stated: "I may even decide to beat [the Democrats] for a third time."

He added: "With your help, we will take back the House. We will win the Senate, and then a Republican president will make a triumphant return to the White House. And I wonder who that will be?"

But Biden himself has not minced words when making public his own opinion of Trump. Back in January, the President called Trump the "most incompetent president in the history of the United States of America."

Biden told news reporters at a press conference in Delaware: "[Trump] has exceeded even my worst notions about him [...] There are two ways people are inspired: by inspirational leaders, and by terrible leaders.

"What this president has done is ripped the bandage right off to let the country know who he is and what he's about, and how thoroughly unfit for office he is."
