Sex expert says she knows how to make men last eight times longer in bed
Sex expert Nadia Bokody is sharing a supposedly full-proof technique which will make men last whole eight times longer in bed.
But before we get to the technique, Bokody suggests that men who are unable to last more than a couple of minutes before climaxing seek treatment via Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Referring to CBT as the "gold standard technique" for treating premature ejaculation, Bokody says it involves practicing certain behaviours which will eventually become second nature.
The YouTuber then goes into further detail about the second method for combating premature ejaculation: edging:
Edging, also known as the stop-start technique, is the practice of stopping yourself from reaching orgasm right when you're on the edge.
In the video, Bokody goes on to promote a $299 device which she claims will help men who ejaculate prematurely, to practice the technique.
She insists that the device, called Prolong, was proven in clinical trials to help men who had previously been lasting just 48 seconds in bed, last a whole times longer.
The sex guru explains that the user should apply lube to the device and then hold it at the tip of the penis.
"Straight away you're going to notice it's going to feel really, really good and that's because the head of the penis is the most sensitive part," she adds.
When you're nearing climax, Bokody says you should stop and remove the device which sends a "new and more powerful" signal to your brain to delay ejaculation.
You should then repeat the process - practice three times a week, but no more than three times in one sitting.
