Kim Kardashian has lost a whopping 100,000 followers in the days after Taylor Swift's new album release.

Last week, we were treated to another collection of songs by the one and only songwriter of this generation, Taylor Swift.

In a masterpiece titled 'The Tortured Poets Department', the 34-year-old gave her fans a whopping 31 songs in an iconic double album, which was released at 2 AM on Friday morning.

It's been five days since then and while people are still discussing their favorite tunes from the album online, one particular song is cropping up over and over again - and it might not be exactly why you're thinking.

'thanK you, aIMee' tells the story of a girl named "Aimee", portraying her as a school bully figure, with lyrics of the song's chorus seemingly referencing Kim Kardashian's attacks on Swift throughout their highly-publicized feud.

"All that time you were throwin’ punches, I was buildin’ somethin’ / And I can’t forgive the way you made me feel / Screamed 'F*** you, Aimee' to the night sky, as the blood was gushin'/ But I can’t forget the way you made me heal."

Other lyrics on the song read: "And maybe you've reframed it/ And in your mind, you never beat my spirit black and blue/ I don't think you've changed much/ And so I changed your name, and any real defining clues."

And we can't forget about the most obvious clue, can we?

The name of the song only has three letters capitalized: K, I, and M. Coincidence? I think not.

The capitalized 'K-I-M' pointed Taylor's fans straight in Kardashian's direction - with many fans all commenting the track title on Kim's recent Instagram posts.

Fans wondered whether the track was in reference to the scandal in 2016 that saw the 43-year-old's now ex-husband Kanye West release a song in which he claimed he made Swift famous.

"I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that b**** famous," West sang, claiming that he got the lyrics approved by Swift herself.

However, the 'Love Story' singer denied those claims but then Kardashian decided to add more fuel to the fire by releasing footage to her Snapchat of an alleged phone call between West and Swift discussing the song - a call that Swift had no idea was being recorded as per sources who confirmed the stance to PEOPLE.

A line also reads: "F*** you and your ex-husband," which acts as a little cherry on the revenge cake.

And of course, the internet has been having a field with it.

"thanK you aIMee is DERANGED im crying holy shit, the way she literally said "and so i changed your name and any real defining clues" BUT THE DEFINING CLUES ARE LITERALLY THE CAPITAL LETTERS IN THE TITLE im laughing so hard that's actually so funny," wrote one user, while another added: "Not Kim’s whole comment section saying thank you Aimee, Taylor really wasn’t kidding when she said she renamed her..."

A third also compared it to a relatable experience: "thanK you aIMee is great therapy if you had a best friend breakup that absolutely crushed you and you want nothing to do with that person and the awful things they did but you also know you wouldn’t be who you are today without them."

Damn, that song really hits hard.

And now it seems as though the Kardashian has seemingly lost over 100,000 followers on social media following the release of the album. These numbers were confirmed by social media tracking tool Social Blade:

As reported by Page Six, last month, her Instagram account boasted 364.3 million followers, and on Monday, the number dropped to 363 million as her comments also filled with comments referencing the song title.

Yikes.

Despite this though, the reality TV star recently claimed that she's "over" all the drama.

Speaking to PEOPLE, a source close to the SKIMS founder stated that the pair needed to move on.

“She’s over it and thinks Taylor should move on," they said.

Kardashian “doesn’t get why [Swift] keeps harping on it,” the source added. “It’s been literally years.”

But for Swift's dedicated fans, it seems like they're not yet ready to let go and move on.
