Fans have been left stunned by Tiger Woods and his teenage daughter's undeniable similarity.

On Saturday (December 16), the 47-year-old American Golfer played the opening round of the PNC Championship at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Florida.

The event athlete participated in the Pro-Am event with his 14-year-old son Charlie - whom Woods shares with ex-Elin Nordegren - and the pair played alongside two-time major winner Justin Thomas and his father Mike.

The championships were clearly a real family affair as Woods had his 16-year-old Sam, whom he also shares with Nordegren, caddying for him for the very first time.

In a video jointly shared on the PGA Tour and PNC Championship's Instagram page, the teenager could be seen standing next to her father and talking to him while she cleans one of his clubs.

She sported an official top from the event with the name "Woods" on the back and was captured later observing the action as her father took a practice shot.

"For the first time, Sam Woods is caddying for her father today," the clip's caption read.

While the day honored the golf player getting his family involved in the sport, fans couldn’t help but point out the uncanny resemblance between Sam and her father.

One user gushed: "I love the picture she looks like you," while another said: "Both his children are his twins!"

A third commented that the teen looks like "Elin but with Tiger’s smile," adding: "Beautiful Girl!!!"

And, a fourth echoed a similar sentiment: "Looking like Tiger - Definitely has his Smile."

The weekend event pairs family members together and marks the fourth year that Woods and his son are competing against Thomas and his father, Mike.

Over the years, the kids have supported their father at several golf tournaments, even though the golfer revealed in a 2018 interview with Golf Digest that both his children were "keen into soccer".

"If they want to play golf, that’s great. If they don’t, that’s fine, too. As long as they have a good time playing sports," he said. "I find that a lot of fun now, to be able to physically get out and pass the ball around with them. I get such a big kick out of watching them compete and play. It’s so much fun to see how happy and passionate they are about soccer."

Back in 2022, Sam appeared at her father's World Golf Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Florida and gave a sweet speech honoring his legacy.

"We didn't know if you'd come home with two legs or not," she said, referencing Wood's 2021 car crash, which led to him being hospitalized.

"Now, you're not only about to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, but you're standing here on your own two feet. This is why you deserve this," she continued. "You're a fighter, you've defied the odds every time."
