In real life, Sophie is a natural blonde, but on Game of Thrones, Sansa Stark's locks are famously "kissed by fire."  Many fans are convinced that the woman in the tattoo is Sophie, as Sansa Stark.

It's possible the tattoo is of Sophie. If so, it's a pretty impressive romantic gesture, considering they only dated for a year before getting engaged.
