Yes, it seems as if that the Kardashian family's bid to repopulate planet Earth has proved largely successful.

But while it's apparent that Kim and Kylie are doing great - as evidenced by their recent slew of Instagram posts - Khloé, who is apparently days away from giving birth, is understandably under duress after it was reported that Tristan Thompson has been cheating on her.

The accusations against the Cleveland Cavaliers player came to light after a woman who claimed she'd spent the night with Tristan uploaded a sex tape and number of explicit messages to Instagram. Though the video in question has since been taken down, there's plenty of other evidence pertaining to Tristan's philandering ways.

In a series of surveillance clips posted by TMZ, the sports star is seen locking lips with unidentified women. This particular video was taken back in October, when Khloé was believed to be three months pregnant with his child.

Now, an insider has revealed how Khloé is processing the heartbreaking news. "[She's] completely devastated," the source told Entertainment Tonight. "Tristan is a man Khloé built a life with and saw as her forever."

The 33-year-old is currently residing in Tristan's hometown of Cleveland, where they have built a home together. But after reports emerged that the entire Kardashian-Jenner family unfollowed the professional basketball player overnight, People have confirmed that Kris Jenner flew out to Cleveland - where Khloé will be giving birth any day now - in order to be by her daughter's side.

The reality television star purportedly pled with doctors to let her return home, but was prohibited from doing so on account of being nine months along. "It makes sense that Khloé would rather be in L.A. with her immediate family all around her—that’s her real home ... Cleveland isn’t her home now, no matter how hard she tries," a source disclosed to People.

"But she physically can’t leave, which is also why the timing of this is just so awful; she can’t escape," they continued.

Since news broke of Tristan's alleged infidelity, people have been pointing out that the 27-year-old has a history of this kind of behaviour. Certainly, Tristan left his former girlfriend, Jordan Craig, who was also pregnant at the time, to be with Khloé.

But rather than acquiescing to all rumour mill, Tristan's 26-year-old ex issued a plea on Instagram to respect Khloé's privacy. "If you respect yourself and you respect others, you would never make light of the misfortune of anyone," she wrote. "Nor would you feel indemnified when it comes at the expense of others. Wishing peace for everyone."
