Kylie, Kim, Khloe, Kendall and Kourtney were knocked off their pedestal by the Iranian teenager, who found fame online after she posted a series of photos of herself and her extreme appearance that was based on looking like Angelina Jolie, but then left her resembling the Corpse Pride.

Of course, it must be said that the whole thing was actually a major prank and Sahar didn't actually look like a zombie in real life.

Sahar admits that her extreme appearance is the result of Photoshop and makeup, rather than extreme surgery that has gone wrong, and claims that she never actually wanted to look like Angelina Jolie. It was only when someone mentioned her likeliness to the Tomb Raider star that she started to run with it.

In the images shared two her 300,000+ followers, Sahar can be seen taking selfies while sporting gaunt skin, pale blue eyes, an upturned nose and massive lips. It was also reported that she had dropped to a weight of 88lbs in order to replicate the actor's svelte frame - something which also turned out to be false.

Speaking at the time of the reveal, Sahar said: “Now I can see that I have something in common with her (Angelina Jolie), but I amuse myself, and to look like someone is not my goal.

“Over time I post a photo, I make my face more fun and funny, it is a form of self-expression, a kind of art. My fans know that this is not my real face.”

But, while she may have insisted that she has not had operations to look like Angelina Jolie, Sahar admits that she has had a handful of procedures in order to alter her appearance. She added: “I have had my nose operated, my lips were enlarged and I also had a liposuction.

“I do not see anything terrible in the operations, many people do this kind of procedures all over the planet.”

However, while images of Sahar's appearance before the surgery have been doing the rounds in recent times, she has now gone back to normal service and is proudly showing off her most extreme look yet.
