If you're like me, you find it difficult to shop for Father's Day. Socks and ties are boring. Snacks and alcohol are a safe bet, but not very creative. Well, if your dad eats red meat, Aldi has you covered this Father's Day (which is June 16, by the way). The supermarket chain known for amazing deals has launched its biggest ever rump steak, which tips the scales at an impressive 28oz. It can feed a family of four, or one very hungry dad. (Buy two of them just to be safe!)
Aldi's 28oz BIGGER Daddy Rump Steak will sell for just $10 (£7.99), but there is one catch. You can't purchase this bad boy now, or online. It's only available to buy in Aldi stores, starting Thursday, June 13. Demand will be high for the limited item, but I'm sure you'll figure out a way to get it - if not, that means you don't love your dad!
"This premium British rump steak is an example of Aldi's commitment to offering quality, locally-sourced products at amazing low prices, once again allowing customers to make substantial savings on luxury products without compromise," Aldi said in a statement.
The retailer is also bringing back 16oz Big Daddy Rump Steaks for $6 (£4.99). (And of course, they sell socks, if you want to give your father a boring present that proves you're a total disappointment.)
