There's never a good time to find out that your significant other is
cheating on you. There are some
really bad times - like the day before your wedding, or just after you'd booked a holiday together - but, usually, the situation doesn't make it any easier to deal with the fact that your other half has been doing the dirty behind your back.
Likewise, there's not really very many good ways of dealing with the news. Bursting into tears is a pretty solid option, and hurling one or two (or 20) insults wouldn't go amiss, either.
But what would you do if you found out that
your partner was cheating on you after seeing them kiss another person... on TV? Well, that's exactly what happened to Kirran Girling and his response was amazing.
Kirran had been dating Emma Pollard, the current "Miss Shropshire", when he saw a commercial for a show called Celebs Go Dating, in which several celebrities go on dates with regular, non-famous folks.
While he was watching, he saw a clip of Mike Thalassitis - aka 'Muggy Mike' - from Love Island, a British TV show which ships off a bunch of singletons to an island in order to find "love" (or just sleep around as much as they can) and then televises their inevitable spats/romances. During the clip, Mike can be seen kissing a young blonde woman who bore a strong resemblance to Kirran's girlfriend, Emma.
But it wasn't just someone who looked like her, it
was her.
So Kirran, having been left humiliated by a woman he thought he had an exclusive relationship with, decided to give her a taste of her own medicine.

"You got something you want to tell me babe?" he wrote in a tweet which has now been shared over 4,000 times.
Oh, and he tagged her in it, too.
The picture quickly went viral and attracted thousands of comments from people who were either offering support to Kirran, or putting Emma on blast for being unfaithful.

And others were just there to watch some juicy drama unfold.

But apparently, this wasn't a one-off fling, either. It turns out that Emma had applied for several different dating shows over the past few weeks.

Emma does not appear to have responded to the tweet at all (though her notifications must have been blowing up because of it) and instead is just going along as if nothing happened. Kirran has also neglected to provide an update, so we have no idea what's going on between the pair of them at the moment.
While exposing Emma as a cheater on a huge online platform was obviously an excellent plan, I think Kirran should go one step further. He's young, he's decent-looking - and he's clearly fairly popular on social media; so I think he should apply for the same
dating shows. How great would it be if he just turned up unannounced and dated an even better celebrity than his ex? I'd certainly tune in to watch the drama go down.
