Despite starring in that infamous Pepsi commercial, Kendall Jenner isn't in the spotlight nearly as much as the rest of her extended family. But while she may not be talked about as often as her sister Kylie, that doesn't mean she hasn't done a few headline-grabbing things over the years.

For instance, back in September 2016, Kendall spontaneously decided to get a tattoo. Not just any tattoo - but one on the inside of her lip that read: 'meow'.

Seeing as it was on the inside of her bottom lip, it wasn't exactly visible to everyone. But once she showed it off on Instagram in a photo taken shortly after she had it done, it was there for all to see.

Now, in this week's episode of Ellen DeGeneres' talk show, she showed off the tattoo once again. She even explained the thinking behind it - namely, that there wasn't any. In hindsight she doesn't think it was the best idea, exclaiming: "I was drunk! I was drunk!! I was not thinking clearly".

There was no particular reason for the choice of 'meow' either. Kendal explained that it was "literally the first thing that came to my mind, like, I don’t know! Just like my drunk thoughts." When Ellen asked her if the tattoo hurt, she said:

"No. It’s just like fattiness, I don’t even know what this is: is it a muscle, fat, whatever? But it’s not—like bone hurts really badly.

"I have like finger tattoos here and you can’t even see them but these—that one hurt. Yeah, it’s like a little white heart. My first one was a white dot because I just wanted to know what it felt like.

"All my friends have them! I just want to know what it feels like. Nope, you can’t see it but that’s kind of the point."

In the same interview she said she has no plans for a wedding or baby anytime soon, despite the fact that this year will see the births of Kylie's baby Stormi, Kim's daughter Chicago, and the upcoming birth of Khloe's child. But Kendall is still only 22, and is happy to wait until the right time for these events:

"I have moments where I’m like do I have baby fever? Do I want a baby right now?

"But I don’t, I don’t! I shouldn’t say that. But I’m good. I can wait for a little while longer. But it’s awesome because I have all these little babies to play with so I can play with them and then just go away. And they’re all really cute and that’s a lot of pressure."

In an interview with Vogue earlier in the week she said she would wait until her late twenties to have children. "I am ready to wait," she said. "I want to have kids, but at, like, 28 or 29".
