Kim Kardashian also welcomed her third child, Chicago, via surrogate back in January, and her sister, Khloé, gave birth to True in April.

Cardi B was another prominent figure who gave birth this year. The 25-year-old welcomed a daughter, Kulture, with her fiancée Offset - of the hip-hop group Migos. The rapper, who revealed her pregnancy during a performance at Saturday Night Live, has now opened up about the realities of postpartum life, and boy is it relatable.

Cardi took to Instagram yesterday to post a video explaining that she has to duct tape her post-pregnancy boobs, and it's hilarious. 

In the rather explicit post, which Cardi captioned "Kulture did me bad," she says "...I have to f*cking tape my titties up because, son, giving birth and sh*t – like my titties was already like a little low-low, you know what I'm sayin' cause I got my tits done when I was 19 and I never wore a bra and sh*t..."

"While I was pregnant my sh*t was lookin' nice, though...now Kulture did me filthy. I don't give a f*ck if y'all motherfuckers see me gone in November/December, I'm gettin' my tits done.... Matter of fact, I'm not even gonna call it surgery, I'm just gonna say a 'titty renovation' cause I gotta renovate these sh*ts..." she continued.

Naturally, Kim and Kylie liked the post because as mothers themselves, they clearly understand the struggle. In fact, after her first two children, North and Saint, were born, Kim shared a duct tape "boob job" hack on Instagram.

The people of the internet were all for Cardi's honesty. "Sh*tt they look better than mine... my damn titties fall to the side when I lay down @iamcardib the strugggglleeeeee," on Instagram user wrote, while another corroborated "Lmfaoo nah pregnancy does the body good then after birth sh*t set in u be like damn [sic]."

"My dead as* thought she had some fashion week sh*t on until I realised it was duct tape. B*tch u crazy asf," a third added.

In any case, the majority of Cardi's followers - and us included - were more worried about the aftermath. "First I just want to say I'm going to pray for the removal of the duct tape which will be unimaginably painful. I can feel the sting and smell the cringe from here. And you don't have to do anything to you body cardi [sic], all you life you can't be renovating your titties now come on [sic]."

While we really don't want to think about how painful it will be to remove all that duct tape, Cardi's honesty is certainly to be admired.
